The process was fast and relaxed. I didn't feel too nervous, and everything was calm and normal. The questions were the usual ones, and there's not much more to say. Maybe I should have prepared more, for instance, by knowing things about the company, which I didn't, and about its goals. But I guess one should definitely look into that.

The interview process involved a preliminary chat and then a background check. During the initial conversation, the interviewer made a comment about the candidate's disability, stating it would make hiring difficult. When asked about the disability, the interviewer vaguely referenced having two small children. The interviewer then mentioned that hiring would be fine for a 400 Euro per month position, but problematic for part-time employment. This occurred around 2004.
