I was contacted via LinkedIn. First, there was a call with HR. Then, an interview to assess my English level. After that, the technical interview. Finally, I received an offer. The process is a bit long, but it's worth it.

Got an email about a day after applying, with some screening questions to fill out. The next day, I had a virtual interview with the HR generalist. It lasted about 30 minutes. She talked about the company and the job, went over the benefits, and then asked if I had any questions.

Behavioral Technical

I got into the role through my university's career services. It took them over a month to get back to me about the job, and when they did, they asked some behavioral questions online. It was kinda weird they didn't just ask those when I applied. About a week or two later, I had an in-person interview where they hit me with problem-solving questions, which I totally wasn't expecting or ready for. I know I bombed those easy questions, but they should've given me a heads-up about the assessment like most companies do. Sucks that I didn't get to show off my programming skills or talk about my previous coding projects.

So the whole process is like this, first we write out what the job is about, then we put it out there for people to see. After that, we get some interviews scheduled. Then there's like a first chat, and then the main in-person one. We do a follow-up and then, you know, make a decision.
