The interview process was quite fast from application to the actual interview. There were 3 rounds in total: one with the hiring manager, another with the sales VP, and the last one with the head of Sales. One of the interviews was in person, and the other two were conducted over the phone. The office environment was pleasant and welcoming.

The interview process was smooth and the HR person was friendly. It was conducted over Teams and I didn't have any problems answering the questions. I've heard from colleagues that there might be different rounds depending on the job, but it usually ranges from 3 to 5 rounds.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process for this position was pretty standard in my opinion. After I applied online, I was contacted for a phone screen by the hiring manager. By the end of the phone screen, I was notified that they would like to set up an in person interview. At the in person interview, I met with the hiring manager and two other individuals that my position would have daily interaction with. The next phase of the interview process was a panel interview in which I was asked more specific questions in regards to the position and the direction they saw for it.

It was a 4 round process. First, an introduction, then two technical rounds, followed by a manager round. After that, there was an HR round. I passed all the rounds, but after the HR round, I never got a response. This has happened twice now, in December and April. I don't know why they can't respond to applicants. They should improve their process and give a reason for rejection. I sent many follow-up emails and called several times, but no response. I still see the same job post on LinkedIn.
