The interview process started in November 2021 and was quite slow. I had an initial phone screening the week after reaching out. It went well, and about 2-3 weeks later, I was contacted for a second interview, scheduled for two weeks after that in December 2021. After hearing nothing in January, I followed up and was told they were at a hiring process pivot point and would resume interviews in a few weeks. It's now February, and I haven't heard back. The interviews themselves were fine, and the employees seemed nice, but leaving candidates hanging isn't fair.

I sent in my application online and then HR rang me up a few days later. The call was totally unexpected and I was at work, so I was a bit surprised when they emailed to set up an in-person interview for the next week. I was pretty stoked to get the interview, the company sounded cool and it had good reviews from people already working there. I prepped all weekend, but honestly, nothing could have gotten me ready for how it went down. When I got there, the receptionist showed me to a conference room. Then, three interviewers walked in carrying papers. I wasn't told there'd be multiple people interviewing me, but no worries, I was ready. The interview was super formal; none of them even cracked a smile. Each interviewer had a page of questions. They read the questions aloud, and then all three of them furiously scribbled down my answers. It dawned on me that they weren't really listening – they were more focused on typing out exactly what I was saying. This threw me off. I had expected to chat about my skills and what I could bring to the company, but it felt more like an interrogation. I started stressing more about saying what I thought they wanted to hear instead of genuinely showing them who I am as an employee. I left feeling pretty bummed. Even though I was pretty sure I wouldn't get a callback, I sent a polite follow-up email thanking them for their time. Over a week later with no response, I sent another asking for an update on the position. Still nothing back. Not even an automated rejection. My advice to Netrush: if you want to really get a feel for a candidate, don't interview like this. A good interview should be a mutual chat between equals, NOT a stiff, one-way Q&A session. Also, keep candidates in the loop. We invest time and effort in interviewing too, even taking time off work. The absolute least you can do is let us know when we don't get the job.
- Tell me about a time you encountered a difficult situation at work and explain how you managed it.

I got a call the same day I applied, and they asked me about my past work and how it might fit the job. They also asked me to come in for an interview. The first in-person interview was nice, and the vibe made it seem like a good place to work. The interviewers seemed happy to be there. The second in-person interview was more chill. We talked more about what I could do for the role and I got a better idea of what they expected.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator
It was a standard process. I had a phone screen and then two in-person interviews. It seems like they have improved their process since previous reviews. The phone screen felt a bit outdated and not like a real conversation. The interview with the team was professional and chill. The interview with the CEO asked some repetitive questions, but overall it was a good experience.
- What are your metrics for success?
