I chatted with the Recruiter, then had a chat with the VP of Sales and finally the Head of Sales -- it was a good conversation where we talked about how we work towards soft skills and techniques needed to hit metrics.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was good. If you brush up your basics and stick to the job description, you can crack it. There will be mostly three rounds of interviews: 1. Technical, 2. Technical with client, 3. HR.

Technical Behavioral

The interview happened online using MS Teams. They said they were looking for Cisco Voice Tier 3 experience, and I've got 10 years in the field, with the last 4 as a Solution Architect at a well-known company. The first round was technical, with questions split evenly between behavioral stuff and actual SIP and Teams setup. Then came the second round, which was supposed to be 'managerial' and mostly behavioral. The technical interviewer really liked me, saying I was a perfect fit. But then, the manager somehow decided I was only 'level 2', not 'level 3'.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain the SIP call flow?
  • What are the steps for configuring MS Teams?

My interview process for Full Stack Developer was of 4 rounds for Mumbai Location. 1)Front End Technology Interview. 2)Back End Technology Interview. 3)Manager Technical. 4)Manager Technical. The first two rounds were completely technical, covering core concepts in technologies like Angular, HTML, CSS, JAVA, Spring, and Spring Boot. The last two rounds were with senior technical managers, focusing on approach-based, technical, and logical thinking. All interviews happened within two weeks. The interviewers seemed positive. After the final interview, I was told HR would follow up, but even after 15 days, there's been no response. I tried calling the HR person who set up the interview, but they didn't pick up or call back with a response. It's frustrating to invest time and get no feedback.
