& Process

4 rounds. First, resume shortlisting based on CGPA above 7.5. Second, an online test with 1 coding question, 1 SQL question, and MCQs. Third, technical round 1 with 1 coding question, puzzles, and discussions about implementations and resume projects. Fourth, technical round 2 with resume projects, 1 DSA question (longest palindrome substring) with optimum code, and 1 simple SQL question. Fifth, an HR round covering company info, resume, hobbies, and personality testing questions.

The interview process was the usual, interviewed with recruiter, passed onto the hiring manager and a few other interviewers. The process took a total of 4 weeks - 2 weeks later requested a presentation. I spend hours pulling this data together. I sent an email to the hiring and recruiter 2 weeks later requesting an update. We haven't decided at this time what we are going to do. Will send an update by the end of the week.

First, you submit your resume and application. Then, an HR person might give you a call to check if you meet the basic requirements and are authorized to work. If it's a developer job, you might have to do a coding test on HackerRank, LeetCode, or a take-home assignment. For QA/automation engineers, you'll likely do API testing or automation tasks. After that, you'll have an interview with HR or the Hiring Manager to talk about your background, skills, and what you're interested in. They'll ask about your past experience and projects and see how well you communicate and if you'd fit in with the team. Finally, for development roles, you'll face coding challenges, system design, or debugging. For automation/QA roles, expect questions on API testing, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD. You might also get questions about Spring Boot, REST APIs, Git, Jenkins, and other tools depending on your expertise.

So first, we do this screening thing to see if you're a good fit and what your background looks like. Then, there's a technical part with coding and case studies to check out your problem-solving and analytical chops. If you pass that, we'll have an interview where we dive into machine learning stuff, stats, and how you'd actually use it. Lastly, there's a business round to see how you communicate, how much you know about the business, and if you can turn data findings into actual business strategies.
