For new grads, don't bother applying unless you have at least three relevant experiences like summer jobs. I applied online and heard back from HR about a week later. When I got to the office, they seemed friendly but a bit fake. The chat was super light, no tough questions. After 20-30 mins, they said no offer because I didn't have enough documented experience, which was obvious from my resume. I don't get why they even called me in. They seem to care more about their image than anything. I'd say it was easy, but I don't think it was a real interview.

I had an interview with HR first, then a tech case interview with two senior consultants, and finally an interview with the senior manager. HR was very helpful, and everyone I met was really friendly, with no negative vibes during the whole process.

Behavioral Technical

I got a phone call saying they were interested in interviewing me, but also that 'I may not be able to compete'. The interview was held at their Stockholm offices. A lot of the time, the interviewer just told me how they already have some of the best Data Scientists in town and that I might not be able to handle the job. They didn't really assess my Data Science skills, just looked at my experience. It seemed like they were actually trying to assess me for a software development role, but they didn't make that clear until the very end. The whole vibe was standoffish and condescending. It started off casual, but they kept downplaying my skills more and more as it went on.
