Behavioral Case Technical

So it all started with the recruiters, and then went on to the hiring managers, seniors, and even partners. We had three interviews in total. The first one was just to see if we click. Then, we had a more technical one that included a challenging consulting case study. The last one was with a partner. I found every part of this process really engaging and motivating. I learned so much about the company and how I might perform as a consultant. What was great is that they offered clear feedback and were upfront about what the next steps would be. The entire experience was so positive that it made me incredibly excited to accept their offer!

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and we had a meeting to talk about my background and potential roles at Netlight. Next, there was a technical interview focused on my area of expertise. I tackled an open-ended architectural case on a whiteboard, answering their questions as I went. We talked about the advantages and disadvantages of different technical approaches and the team composition required for the architecture. They ask many follow-up questions to understand your knowledge across various domains. The final stage was an interview with a partner, where we discussed our careers and completed a self-evaluation activity on a whiteboard.

Behavioral Technical

So after passing the initial HR and technical screens, the next step was the manager interview. This was a big one, basically meeting the person you'd report to. It was pretty formal, either in person or on a video call, and I had to be ready to talk all about my skills and why I'd fit in.
