They reached out on LinkedIn and I had a few phone calls, then 3 interviews that lasted about an hour each. One was a general chat, another a case presentation, and the last one was a more personal talk with a partner. Before the last interview, they also asked me to create a "consultant CV" using a template they provided, even though I had already sent my CV. It took me at least 4-5 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job because they felt I didn't seem interested enough.

3 talks: in-person, technical and cultural fit. The 2nd and 3rd talks were on-site. Nice environment, cool people. The talks always felt very honest and on a friendly basis. The Technical Interview was completely in English. You had to design an app in a workshop-style interview and were asked about various topics. You can steer the focus of the talk a bit yourself, but for me, it was very much about the entire stack and how I imagine it. Cultural Fit with a partner from Netlight.
