Technical Support Representative
The interview was straightforward and took place on-site with two interviewers. They were quite friendly and mainly inquired about my previous job history. I received a job offer the following week.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experiences?
- What are your salary expectations?
Technical Support Representative
You'll have a 30-minute (or less) chat with one or two managers. They'll let you know within 24-48 hours if they want to hire you with an offer, or send a generic 'thanks, try again later' email.
- Can you describe what you would do in a specific scenario?
- Could you share an experience that demonstrates this?
- What is a hard drive?
Service Desk Technician
It was a 3 part interview. Very quick and to the point. 1st was personality, Second was tech and 3rd was the official offer. All very personal and caring. Made me feel very comfortable so I wasn't nervous like I usually am during an interview. Made me feel like I knew the person for years.
- Tech questions were asked during the second interview.
IT Customer Support
Interviewed via phone to see if a full interview was warranted. The in-person interview was formal and professional, conducted by an HR person and a tech person. They were knowledgeable about the company, its values, and goals. The environment and people were great.
- Can you share something about yourself that's relevant to this role but not on your resume or cover letter?
