Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process felt pretty quick. First, there was a screening. Then, I had a second interview with two team leaders who asked some really tough but good questions. The third interview was a surprise mock presentation with only 30 minutes to prep, which I thought was unfair. In a real marketing job, you usually get more time to prepare and can even use online resources. They asked me questions designed to catch me off guard, and I felt being judged on the spot wasn't the right approach, but that's how it went. I've also heard that some people get ghosted after interviewing here.

First you'll have a preliminary interview, then the second round will be with someone from the team & the last round could be with either the CEO/co- founder/ VP. The whole process was pretty easy, the second round of interview was really nice they were great at explaining what the role entails and what I would be doing day to day. You may or may not have an online test later

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about a Business Development Associate role and invited me for an in-person interview. The whole process had two interviews. The first one was with HR and a Sales Manager. They asked me general interview questions to get to know me and my background better, showing a lot of interest and asking follow-up questions. It felt like a structured yet friendly chat. Later that day, I got a call to come back for the second interview the next day. This one was with the CEO. He was super friendly and smart, and you could tell he was really proud of his work. He asked some of the same questions from the first interview, plus a couple of scenario-based questions related to my past work experiences. It lasted a bit less than an hour and was very conversational, just like the first one.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was super straightforward. I kicked things off with a phone call from a recruiter, then chatted with the hiring manager. After that, they had me come in for an in-person interview where I had to put together a presentation. I actually had a blast creating it; it was a great way to highlight my skills and share my background with the team, and also get a better feel for the company and what the role entails.
