- What are your strengths?
- What accomplishments are you most proud of?
- Describe a time you dealt with a challenging client.
Project Leader
I can't recall if I initiated the call or if they reached out first. After an initial phone conversation, I sent in my resume. They brought me in for an interview once they identified a suitable role with one of their clients.
- Can you describe your duties from your last position?
Chief Executive Officer
It was a really involved process, you know. Lots of interviews with the important people, like the board and other execs. They even had me fly out to Dublin so I could get a better feel for the place and the role's potential.
- What's your strategy for building and nurturing team culture?
QA Analyst
Had a quick phone screen before a technical interview with a manager from the client. The first interviewer was really nice and helpful, asking about my job preferences instead of just pushing the role.
- Are you certain about relocating to St. Louis?
