Technical Coding

So, there were three rounds total. First was a technical questions round, to see what I knew. Then I had to do a take-home assignment, to check how I solve problems and code. The last round was another technical session, they really wanted to test my knowledge on software testing basics, like API testing, using Postman, Selenium automation, and Java.

It was very sorted. I was assigned with an assignment with all the requirements. I was selected and was further interviewed and it went pretty well. They were humble and understanding. They are genuine.

Presentation Other

I interviewed with Netcom Learning and went through 4 rounds of interviews. I also prepared an assignment. In the 3rd round they gave feedback on the assignment. They wanted me to focus on one aspect more than the others, and after doing so and submitting it in the final round, they gave feedback that this is not what they were looking for, as they want a candidate who can focus on all aspects. Seems very unprofessional, unethical, and disorganized as a company. Also, the interviews were rescheduled multiple times. The interviewers seemed unprepared and directionless.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I sent in my application online and heard back pretty fast via email. Then, I had a phone interview the week after, followed by two in-person meetings. The last part involved a Google Analytics assessment for NetCom Learning's digital platforms, and some discussion about engagement and brand awareness ideas. It's clear they have some super smart people there who are really focused on growing the company.
