Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Netchex.
Account Executive
The process involves a recruiter call, an introductory interview, and then a final interview. It's not overly complicated and can move really fast. It seems like a typical sales role where you're either good at it from the start or looking for something else in about 9 months.
- What are your strengths?
- Tell me about your previous jobs.
Sales Executive
They reach out saying they're setting up an interview for a role you're super qualified for, but then ghost you. Not sure what's up, but I wouldn't recommend.
- No questions were asked as they couldn't schedule an interview after initially saying they would.
Sales Executive
There were three interviews. The first was with recruiter Amy, the second with the territory manager, and the third with the VP of sales. They were all really nice and seemed laid back, which made me feel comfortable being myself. You should be prepared to talk about your outside sales experience and cold calling.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Netchex?
- What unique value will you contribute to our sales team?
- Describe any experience you have generating business through outside partners.
