If you want to get ghosted, this is the place for you. First screening, standard HR stuff, she explained they are expanding/introducing a new role; decent convo. After that, nothing. Completely unprofessional moving forward, radio silence. Absolutely no respect for candidates' time, effort, research, etc. 10/10 would not recommend

The overall process was smooth. There were 4 rounds of interviews, and each one feels welcoming and detailed. However, the communication is lacking. Interviews are sometimes rescheduled at the last minute. And ultimately, they will ghost you in the end. It is very disrespectful and time-wasting. After searching, I’ve come to believe that the job opening never existed and recruiting just went through the motions. Very negative experience, and I would never interview with them again.

I went through 3 rounds for this role. First was with HR, then the hiring manager, and finally the hiring manager's boss. All of these interviews focused on behavioral questions, with no case studies or technical assessments. They explained the role and duties quite a bit. The recruiter was really great, super helpful and friendly, and responsive even though she was busy, and answered everything I asked.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It started with a prescreen call, then went through 10 zoom interviews plus a homework assignment. The interviews themselves weren't tough, just a big time sink. Honestly, the interviews were really nice experiences, everyone seemed like fantastic people to work with and under. They seem to really prioritize their culture and taking care of their employees, making people their number one focus. The initial prescreen covered my salary expectations, and it seemed like we were on the same page regarding what they pay for this role. After the 10 interviews and the homework, they offered me the job, but at a salary $40,000 lower than what we'd talked about as being within the acceptable range. It was disappointing to experience what felt like a major miscommunication.
