I was contacted by the company's recruiter on LinkedIn after some initial disjointed contact with their North Carolina office. I then had a 15-minute phone screen with a peer, where they asked about my background and previous jobs. The interview was scheduled soon after, and I met with five people (hiring manager and four peers). This interview focused heavily on IQ and behavioral tests, with very little time spent on the actual job tasks. They asked few technical questions. I had a second interview on a different day with similar people, which was slightly more technical but rushed. An attempt to demonstrate technical skills outside the box was not well-received. The local HR representative explained the office culture. Overall, the interviewers were friendly and professional, but the interview process itself was poorly executed, lacking practical, hands-on questions and focusing too much on abstract profiling.

I interviewed with a lot of managers and sr. managers. I talked to engineers over lunch. I met with the top qa architect. Most of the interviews were 1/1 in a conference room. I had phone interviews with the 2 hiring managers. (I was interviewing for 2 different roles.) The questions were solid and the people were smart. Each interview was about 45 minutes. Over lunch, I talked with 3 engineers who explained the process and how things worked.

HR reached out first to gauge my interest and provide details about the role. Then, a team member conducted a phone screen, asking about my past work and future career aspirations. The main interview involved three interviewers: one focused on testing skills, another on automation, and a third on overall fit. The interview difficulty was average; strong foundational knowledge and a resume that accurately reflects your experience are key. After passing, HR extended an offer.
