Behavioral Technical Presentation

Interviewed with the hiring manager, and he requested from the contracting company for me to provide him with some of my project management work that I had done in the past. He then had me to interview two other project managers, both were male. The first interview with the hiring manager was conversational. The second interview was with a project manager asking situational questions, which I don't think is the best style for project managers, more for technical positions with system and hardware control levels. The third interviewer focused on project management, and I asked a lot of questions. He mostly answered my questions and didn't ask me anything.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process spanned about three weeks from the initial interview to the job offer. It began with a 30-minute phone chat with the recruiter, who was quite friendly and asked me technical and analytics questions from a prepared list, mostly related to the team's current needs. Following that, I had a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, which focused mainly on behavioral questions to gauge my work style and cultural compatibility. I was then invited for an onsite interview where I met with three team members, each spending 45 minutes asking behavioral questions and discussing how my experience aligned with their requirements. Post-interviews, I was tasked with watching a talk and then preparing and delivering a presentation within about 30 minutes to assess my communication and presentation abilities. The final stage involved another onsite visit on a different day for a more casual chat with two senior team members, which wasn't a structured interview.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and organized. I only wish they would have sent out email confirmations for the interviews or for any next steps. My communication with the recruiter was solely over the phone, and I honestly don't even remember her name.
