Product Manager
It was a good and efficient interview process. There was 1 screening interview, followed by two interviews, and then a final interview with the hiring manager. The first interview lasted 30 minutes. The next two interviews were 45 minutes each. The last interview was 60 minutes long.
- What are the main trends you're seeing in the industry?

First, I spoke with the HR recruiter. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager and then with each of the team members. Then, I had one final interview with the hiring manager. It was a tough process.
- Since I was being hired for the New College Graduate program, the questions were fairly generic.

The interview process was typical. We talked about the role, key performance indicators, my past professional experience, and company culture. I also asked about advancement opportunities since I'm interested in career growth. The interview included discussions with 2 levels of management and another manager in the organization.
- Can you share details about your past product management experience and a product you took from initial idea to launch?
- The interview process was normal. The interview concern is jobs description did not align with role. When discussing the misalignment of interview conversation with actual R&R and opportunity, senior manager started he made no promises during the interview. He had no plan to do what was discussed during the interview. Be careful and ask peers direct question about what the role truly entails.
