First was HR screening, then a medium-hard technical round. After that, there was a hard design and scenario-based round. The exec interview was just to check personality. Finally, the hiring manager round was for company fit.

The process was very professional and timely, with clear descriptions of each step. Feedback was impeccable. The interviewers were a well-balanced group. They clearly communicated the key skills needed, though they failed to mention French language as a critical factor, which would have saved me time and allowed me to adjust my expectations.

A recruiter in India reached out to me for some initial info, like salary expectations, if I'm a citizen, and my notice period. Then, a first-round interview was set up. I tried to find out who it would be via email, but didn't get details. It got rescheduled, and weirdly, a second interview was booked and I was asked to accept it even before the first one happened. This seemed a bit off, since usually you need to pass one round before moving to the next. The interview went well, and we had a good chat. But it seemed like the company is in a weird phase, still figuring out its strategy. I followed up with the recruiter about the result, wanting to know if I should even bother with the next interview, but got no reply. So, the whole thing just fizzled out, and I got rejected the next day. Definitely got some bad vibes from this... but I hope it works out for others joining.
