I went through 3 rounds of interviews: first a telephonic screening, then a technical round, and finally met with managers. After that, HR went silent. I sent a follow-up email and got feedback that my application is on hold with an update expected the next day. HR went silent again. That's how it is here; you get good feedback from interviewers but then no update.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a 4-stage interview process. First, an HR general interview. Then, a Manager interview where we talked about my experiences, network, and motivation. After that, an interview with a Team member and another colleague, where we dug into potential strategies and challenges I might face in the market. Finally, an onsite interview with the Manager and VP, mostly focused on the role and its challenges.

Behavioral Technical

This was a phone interview, and the hiring manager made it feel warm and easygoing. They asked about my previous work experiences and how I'd manage challenging scenarios with enterprise clients. The interviewer also explained the role's duties and checked if it aligned with my expectations. Overall, it was a positive session with a relaxed interviewer.
