First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Net Health.
Advocate
The whole thing moved pretty fast, like maybe two to three weeks from applying to getting the offer. I had a bunch of interviews with different people on the team, which was cool because I got to meet like half of them beforehand. It was three Zoom calls and then a chat with the recruiter, who was awesome. Felt good about the job and the team after it was all done.
- How do you think we can keep remote employees engaged?
Clinical Professional
Applied online, got an email to set up a screening interview. Met with the hiring manager and a peer the next day. After that, I didn't hear back after a week, so I followed up with the recruiter twice and never got a reply. It was a horrible experience because there was no communication about them moving on with other candidates. They need to be more professional and respect potential employees.
- How do you manage to keep yourself organized?
Business Analyst
First there was a 30 minute HR phone screen. If that went okay, then you had a 30 minute phone interview with the supervisor. If that also went well, you were called for a 2.5 hour in-person interview. This in-person interview included a 1 hour interview with the supervisor again, then talking with a group of people from different departments. If everything was good after that, you had a 15 minute phone interview with one of the VPs. If you made it this far, the job was yours and an offer would be extended. The whole thing took about 2 months, so just be patient, they were good at letting you know what was going on.
- What would you do if a client requested a system change that was specific to them but would affect other users?
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult client who refused to change their requirements.
- How would you handle a client who is not communicating in a timely fashion when you have a deadline approaching?
Recruiter
The interview process went really well. I was contacted almost right away and even got to have my first phone interview on a Saturday! They got back to me within a few days after the initial phone interview and set up an in-person meeting. They were flexible with scheduling and gave me clear directions to their office. The interview itself was smooth. I met with a few different people. Even the folks I wasn't formally meeting were friendly. It felt like a really warm and welcoming environment.
