The interview process was simple. We communicated by email, and there was just one interview round at the office. They were accommodating with scheduling and focused more on completing tasks than strict work hours.

I reached out to them via email about internship opportunities. They were looking for an intern and contacted me the next day to set up an in-person interview. It was a 30-minute conversation to see how we could both benefit from the experience, work-wise and learning-wise.

I sent in my application online and heard back from the hiring manager the same day via email. She set up a phone screening with me. The phone call felt rushed. After that, she scheduled an in-person interview. As I was about to walk into the office, I heard her talking on the phone to another candidate. I waited in the lobby for a bit. She seemed to have no respect for my time. Eventually, she came out to meet me and the interview began. She asked about my salary history and insisted that my experience was only in commercial real estate, not residential. I tried to explain that I had experience in both, but she had clearly already made up her mind. I don't see why I was even invited for an interview if that was her stance. I didn't get a job offer, and I didn't even receive a simple rejection email.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really laid-back. I got to chat with the CEO directly. It was a great chance to learn what it takes to succeed in NYC real estate. The company seems to have a really positive vibe with its sales team and employees, and a great overall corporate culture.
