I interviewed at ness last month and the whole process had 5 rounds. The first was a technical aptitude test that required strong testing concepts. After that, there were 2 technical interviews and 2 HR rounds. I passed the first 3 rounds but unfortunately failed the next one. I'm still hopeful about getting placed at ness, I liked their genuine process.

The whole process took over a week. Initially, 200 candidates applied, and after the first round, 60 moved on. The first round was an aptitude test at the client's site (Synergy). If you passed that, you went to a group discussion (GD), where 60 were reduced to 40. The third round was at Ness company's office and was very difficult, focusing entirely on testing. After that, 25 out of the 40 were selected for a technical interview. Then, the client conducted another technical interview, and 23 out of 25 passed. The sixth round was a technical interview with their Head, and 5 people made it through. The final round was an HR interview, which was just a formality, with the remaining 5 candidates. I cleared the sixth round, but they put my profile on hold because there were only 4 vacancies, and the other 4 selected candidates were from Mumbai, giving them preference. I was on hold because I'm from Pune, which was frustrating, just based on location.
