The interview process was really bad. The job description and the questions asked didn't match up. They asked irrelevant questions and gave irrelevant feedback. I was very disappointed with the hiring and interview process. It's better to confirm the JD properly and then attend the interview.

So, I interviewed at Ness Bangalore, it was a pretty good experience overall. The interview had about 3 rounds in total. First was a technical face-to-face round, then a manager round, and finally an HR round. The technical part focused on basic workflows, methodologies, and basic syntax. They also asked some basic core Java questions and some Selenium questions. Both the interviewer and the manager were quite friendly and seemed to be observing our confidence in our answers.

  • How do you handle dynamic objects in a web table?
  • What are the different types of X paths?
