The interview process involved several stages including a technical round, a client interaction, a manager discussion, HR and salary negotiations, leading to an offer. There was also a general interview covering communication, assessment, feedback, skills, questions and answers, experience, profile, discussion of expectations, evaluation, fitment, the selection criteria and process for the role, performance review, and a hiring decision confirmation.

Engineering Lead
This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies, making the interview process quite challenging, definitely one of the tougher ones I've encountered. They really test your coding skills, logical thinking, and overall knowledge, so make sure you're well-prepared. There were three rounds in total, and all were technical. Even the manager round included some technical questions.
