So I had this interview for a BA/PM role. The first round was technical, and after clearing that, I had a client interview the following week. Then, another week later, HR told me there was a final round with senior management from the US. All those rounds went well, and the interviewers were knowledgeable and asked good questions. I was feeling confident and expecting an offer, but I didn't hear back for a week. When I followed up with HR, she said the position was on hold and I needed to interview for another unit, which meant two more rounds. I was disappointed but agreed. Then, on the scheduled day for the next interview, nobody showed up. HR said the interviewer was busy and postponed it to the next day. The next day, I had the fourth round. After another week, I checked with HR again, and unfortunately, got the same response: the position is still on hold. They wasted my time for 4-5 weeks with no clear answers. I suspect they don't actually have openings, so I'd advise against interviewing with Ness Hyderabad.

Behavioral Technical

Applied for a Business Analyst role in Oct 2019, it was a walk-in drive. The interview had 3 rounds. The recruiter was okay, but could have done better in matching skills. The overall process was good, and I passed 75% of it. However, I didn't move forward in the manager round because I wasn't knowledgeable enough about AML banking skills.

Beware of this process and don't leave your current job until they roll an offer. First, there was a telephonic round. Second, a technical round. Then an HR round, followed by a client interview. After that, they called to say I was selected and asked me to fill out a detailed form. Then they gave me a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a salary breakdown. I was expecting the offer soon, but after following up for a month and a half, they replied that the position was lost. So, never believe this company; they just keep you on hold and then discard your candidature when they realize they can manage without hiring for the project. If they didn't want to hire, why did they let me fill out such a detailed form and then set up a Skype call for the client round? Horrible experience.
