The process was smooth from the start. The TA SPOC reached out and we spent about 18 minutes discussing the role and company, which was a great conversation. The selection process had three rounds: Principal Architect, Vice President, and Chief Delivery Officer. The interviewers were knowledgeable, approachable, and respectful. I joined on September 4th, 2025, and the work culture has exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend NESS for new opportunities.

After an initial chat with the recruitment team, I went through 3 levels of technical interviews. The first one was with a Senior Architect who was a Cloud domain expert. It was a technical discussion with some use cases, lasting over an hour on Microsoft Teams. The second interviewer was a Senior Director, and the questions focused on business scenarios and understanding my problem-solving methods. This also took about an hour via Microsoft Teams. The final round was with the VP Engineering. We had a one-on-one session where I used a whiteboard to present and solve live problems. This face-to-face interview at the NDE office in Bangalore lasted over an hour.
