Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nespresso.
Team Leader
First a phone call for about 30 minutes, then an in-person meeting with the regional manager and HR manager where you'll introduce yourself and your professional background. Finally, there's an interview with the store managers.
- Why do you want to work with us?
Team Leader
Phone interview felt like a sham. In-person interview was pointless. The managers were full of themselves. Despite the company's size, the staff doesn't measure up. The interview was very cold. Even with 24 years of experience, I don't recommend working for Nespresso in Orbe.
- The interview felt like a police investigation.
Team Leader
I applied online and got a call from a Corporate Talent Acquisition Rep for a 45-minute phone interview that went well. About a week later, I had a 45-minute phone interview with the District Manager, which also went well. Two weeks after that, I had a meet and greet with the store manager, and I got the job offer then.
- Tell me about a time concerning safety and your understanding, adherence, and enforcement of policies and procedures.
- In what ways could your experience in retail be advantageous for this position?
