This was a 2 stage interview that was competency based with very generic questions. The manager who interviewed me was totally inexperienced and tried to sell the role like it was the job of my life. They weren't willing to listen about my skills and what I could offer the business.

I sent my CV and cover letter for the initial screening. Then I had a first call to get to know me better (studies, personality, French and English, etc.). Finally, I had a second call for further detailed and more job-related questions, such as my capacities and skills, my way of handling issues etc.

The interview process was very informative and straightforward. They asked questions about the company motto and information, services, and how we can approach customers. They also discussed the company overview, why I selected this company, and how I could learn. They mentioned that this company has lots of training and a formal uniform which is the best for everyday wear, so you don't have to think about your outfit.
