Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nespresso.
Sales Associate
I wasn't recommended to attend the interview, and then the interview was cancelled an hour beforehand. Very bad company, then they asked to reschedule the interview when it suits them, which says enough about the company for me, a no-go!!!
- Why do you want to work for Nespresso
Sales Associate
The interview was easy, and the questions weren't super detailed, but they wanted detailed answers. There were two managers there. I got dinged because my answers to the simple questions weren't detailed enough, and I didn't make eye contact. Honestly, it was a bit ridiculous.
- Can you tell me about a challenge you encountered in your previous job?
Sales Associate
The interview was professional but also friendly. They asked questions directly relevant to the job. Dress code: business or business casual at most, so dress up. There's a French management style, as many people in the company are French. Don't be afraid to present yourself well and aim high.
- What are your reactions to scenarios like dealing with a rude client?
