Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nespresso.
Project Manager
It was a very behavioral based and straightforward interview process. The interviewers were very kind afterwards and both people who interviewed me mentioned they'd like to stay in touch and encouraged me to apply for positions after I graduate.
- Can you describe an instance where you had a disagreement or conflict with a colleague and how you managed the situation?
Project Manager
Had a 1st Phone interview, then a 2nd Skype interview, and finally a 3rd Face to face interview. Didn't get an offer and never got any feedback, even after the last interview. I wouldn't advise candidates to spend too much time prepping for these interviews.
- Questions regarding business analysis in the process
- Questions regarding delivery processes
- Questions concerning project management
Project Manager
Applied online and heard back about 3 weeks later. First, had a phone chat with HR, then another phone interview with the department head.
- What makes you the best candidate?
- What can you bring to the role?
- Why Nespresso?
