Nespresso Manufacturing Interview Questions

I sent my application a week ago and an HR person called me to schedule a phone interview. That led to two more interviews on-site. They talked a lot about the company's benefits, and asked some very personal questions about my health and personal life. Then I had a final interview with two team leads. Even though I tried to defend my professional experience, they only destabilized me with their questions and seemed bored listening to me. Two weeks later, I got a negative response. It felt like I was being messed with.

I applied to Nespresso in early August 2024. At the end of August, I had a phone call with a recruiter, which went very well. I was promised a position and a salary with a start date of October 1, 2024. However, I never saw this position. Wanting to start over, I planned to move to Switzerland, despite the good position I held in France. I was informed that I would have an interview and a factory visit in September. However, there was no news in October, November, or December, despite my multiple follow-ups with the company and headquarters (over 50 calls). I finally had an interview with a team leader, which, in my opinion, went very well. Yet, it seems his feeling was different. I was assured that I would have an answer in early January, but despite my follow-ups, I still have no news in February. This interminable wait, combined with uncertainty and lack of communication, generated intense stress. This project represented a key step in my life, and finding myself in this situation was a real ordeal. However, I was recommended by a factory director (a former Nestlé member), as well as by my superiors and my work, in a leading agri-food company in France and Europe. In the end, this experience turned out to be a huge waste of time and a great lack of respect. If, with my profile, they don't hire me, I wonder what kind of operator they are looking for. One thing is certain: if this recruitment does not succeed, I will never apply to this company again. Furthermore, I was assured that if I wasn't hired at the Avenches factory, a position awaited me in Romont. But again, nothing materialized. Another promise that was never kept.

The interview process included a discussion about career plans, salary and bonuses, working hours and shift rotations. There were also questions about your experience, some basic interview questions, questions about your future projects, your knowledge of the subsidiary, and how you would handle conflict and pressure.
