It was pretty easy, I had an interview with the manager and did a practical case study live. They responded pretty quickly. No questions in English. It lasted 45 minutes, and it was smooth and pleasant.

Had five interviews total, four over the phone and one in person. The phone interviews were with an assistant, the District Manager, the regional manager, the HR regional director, and the national retail store manager. These were detailed calls, each at least 30 minutes long. After the final interview, the interviewer stated I didn't have the required 2 years of assistant store manager experience and was thus unqualified, questioning why I was interviewed and advanced through rounds. It felt like a waste of everyone's time.
