First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nespresso.
Customer Service Representative
The interview was online with two customer service managers. The questions were mostly situational. For instance, what would you do if a customer calls wanting to place an order and you realize they haven't paid their bills? We also reviewed my professional background during the interview.
- Why do you want to work at Nespresso?
- What would you do if a customer calls to place an order and you discover they have outstanding bills?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was good and organized. They had amazing coffee preparation performance. The team and management staff and manager were friendly. I received positive feedback about the store, team, and product. The salary was good, and they offered flexible shifts, benefits, and free coffee.
- Can you describe your coaching and mentoring skills that you would use to support the team?
Customer Service Representative
I had a phone interview with the HR manager, which lasted about 50 minutes. After a week, I got invited for an interview. This interview was with the HR manager and the team lead, and it lasted about 1.5 hours. After that, we scheduled a working trial. The trial lasted 3 hours, and then we had a final discussion. A week later, I got rejected, which I wasn't upset about because the job description and the actual work were very different. The job was mostly on the phone.
- Can you tell me why you want to work at Nespresso?
- Could you describe your current job?
- Why do you think you are the right fit for this role?
