The interview was online with two customer service managers. The questions were mostly situational. For instance, what would you do if a customer calls wanting to place an order and you realize they haven't paid their bills? We also reviewed my professional background during the interview.

I had a phone interview with the HR manager, which lasted about 50 minutes. After a week, I got invited for an interview. This interview was with the HR manager and the team lead, and it lasted about 1.5 hours. After that, we scheduled a working trial. The trial lasted 3 hours, and then we had a final discussion. A week later, I got rejected, which I wasn't upset about because the job description and the actual work were very different. The job was mostly on the phone.
