I had an interview with the site manager for the avenues project in Riyadh. It was a 1-hour interview. The interviewer was really professional and helpful, and I felt very relaxed talking to him. He asked a variety of questions, and the whole interview was conducted in English, even though he's Lebanese.

Nesma Saudi Arabia reached out on LinkedIn. They asked for my CV if I was interested. Three months later, I received an email for a Google Meet interview. When the scheduled time arrived, they did not join the meeting, leaving me waiting for an hour without any notification of postponement or apology. This was my first time experiencing such unprofessionalism, indicating issues with their HR recruiting team.
