It was 3-4 rounds, and the interview with the owner ran way over time. The last interview was a 'test' project for a current internal need, basically free work. I was ghosted after that, even after following up. Super unprofessional, and I'm glad I dodged that bullet.

Really simple process, you have a phone interview and that's it. They decide right there if they wanna hire you. They'll tell you about the company history and give you a quick overview. They'll ask you the usual stuff you expect on a phone interview. You get to ask them questions too at the end.

  • Can you describe your experience interacting with people?
  • What's your background in promoting or selling products?

Had a phone chat with HR first. Then, I was set up for a hands-on interview. I met with someone from the company and we chatted about the company and the job. It was pretty relaxed, more like a conversation than a formal interview. After the hands-on part, which was a 30-minute massage, they checked if I was still keen on the role and offered me the job.

So, after you submit your application, if they think you might be a good fit, they'll ask you to come in for a group interview. If that goes well, the next step is an interview with the General Manager at Corporate. The company culture is really great, so the interview process was a good experience.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The most difficult part was probably the initial phone screening because you already have the jitters and you know they're evaluating if you're a good fit.
