Behavioral Technical Presentation

This was mostly behavioral and fit questions. Make sure you know your resume well because they really dig into your quantitative experience and research projects. The first round was a video interview. I had to submit two recommendation letters and a writing sample before the second round. It took about 3 months for the second round to happen... The interviewer seemed to get a sense of my skills from my resume, cover letter, and transcript. They wanted to see if I had a good personality and could explain my research clearly. NERA recruits a lot from target schools (Ivy League). So, if you're from a non-target school, make sure you have research experience and a high GPA.

Case Technical

It wasn't too tough, but it was lengthy and disorganized, with significant waits for HR to get back to me. There was a test, followed by two interviews with people of different seniority levels, all of whom were quite nice.
