The interview was pretty straightforward, and they told me everything I needed to know in the first interview. The people I talked to were friendly and answered my questions. I would ask upper management about micromanagement.

I interviewed with the two managers for Media Trading for the position. The interview went well and I discussed my qualifications. Afterward, I emailed them a few times about the status and next steps but never heard back. It would have been nice to get an update. It left me with a not-so-great impression of their communication.

Before coming in, they asked about salary expectations. Then, I had a 3-round in-person interview process over 2 weeks. Round 1 was with my direct boss and another Account Coordinator. Round 2 was with other SADs and the sales manager. Round 3 was with higher-ups. My role later changed to program coordinator on the Client Activation Team. This role is very processing heavy and requires strong Excel skills. For me, it wasn't a good fit after shifting from a sales/client-facing role to strictly processing.

Had a neutral interview experience. Went through 3 video interviews plus an Excel test which was monitored via screenshare and was absolutely awkward! The first was an initial screening video, the second was with a Director of Client Activation, and the third was with a Client Activation Manager. I know I interviewed well because I got through all 3 rounds of interviews. Apparently, they pick candidates at the final stage, which is the Excel test. I didn't do well on the test because it was monitored and screen-shared. RECOMMENDATION: If this is Neptune's ONLY criteria to offer someone a job, start the interview process with an Excel test to save everyone's time and filter out candidates who don't meet your Excel requirements, especially those who interview well and get moved through all stages.
