It's a multi-step process, with the recruitment team being attentive to finding a professional profile directed towards the vacancy. It's necessary to be direct and objective to avoid rambling or talking about qualities that aren't necessary or primary; just be direct and confident in the vacancy and in the values that the company promotes.

I applied online and a few days later the HR contacted me for an interview. It was a terrible interview experience, the recruiter seemed more concerned with looking at herself on video and checking her appearance than paying attention to my answers. She was completely lost, I haven't seen such a distracted HR in months, and this is a big company! I felt like they play salary games, demanding English fluency and offering about 2.5 salaries. Since I asked for a bit more than they offered, they didn't get back to me after the interview - no negative or positive feedback.

I had some interviews, even with the VP. The experience was terrible because the lack of care from HR is absurd, they simply ignore you and disappear, even after I went personally to talk to the VP. I don't recommend this company, I participated in 2 processes and know people who decided to leave because it's a toxic company.

The job posting was found on the company website and within a week, HR reached out. I completed a form via Microsoft Forms, and HR then scheduled the first interview. This initial interview was with HR and quite relaxed; I introduced myself, answered some questions about my skills and experience, and the next interview was scheduled. The second interview was with the hiring manager, where I also gave a brief personal introduction, received more details about the job's responsibilities, and a third interview was scheduled with the Director. Only this last interview was in person; the others were online.
