I applied for a role advertised as contract but turned out to be fixed-term. The budget seemed really low for a senior role. I went through the steps anyway to see if they'd addressed the budget. There were three interviews, starting with the recruiter screening. Scheduling was fast, but the overall process management was lacking. The hiring manager and a colleague had a 30-minute chat with me, which felt rushed and didn't allow for questions, not really enough for a senior spot. Then, surprisingly, the final interview was with a senior person from another department, which didn't seem relevant to the job. After that, it was radio silence for over two weeks. When I checked in, I got a quick rejection, saying they found someone else, which is fine. But then they reposted the job soon after. It felt pretty unprofessional and left me feeling disappointed.

Behavioral

This was the worst interview experience ever. The hiring manager kept contacting me at weird times, like after 9:30 pm or on weekends. The communication was all over the place, with long quiet spells followed by sudden contact, making me feel unsure and disrespected. It felt like they didn't care about my time or dignity. If you're looking for a job, maybe give it a shot. But if you're employed and doing okay, it's probably not worth the hassle. I really hope they fix their hiring process and culture.

Behavioral Technical Coding

So, for this junior web dev role, there were quite a few steps. It started with an initial screening via email. Then I got a technical part via Word, with a bunch of questions on HTML, CSS, and basic JS. After that, there was a typical HR interview. The final round was with the hiring manager, who honestly didn't seem very interested, and they made it pretty obvious. After that, I was ghosted, and it took a lot of emails just to get a rejection.
