Behavioral Other

I had one in-person interview with two managers and briefly a partner. They were all pretty friendly. They gave me employee guidelines right away, which was weird because usually, you only get those after being hired. The job was listed as a Marketing Coordinator, but it was mostly administrative tasks like vetting and preparing proposals, which needs some graphic design and knowledge of the architecture and proposal process. For the right mid-to-high level admin, those skills are pretty easy to pick up. Calling it a 'marketing' position might scare off people looking for something more challenging, which seems to be why the last person left after a year. When I asked about social media, they just shrugged and said 'we don't need that,' which I think is wrong for branding.
