The whole thing took about a month. It started with a quick phone chat, then two more interview rounds happened over a few weeks with two people from the team. They were nice and professional. After both interviews, they said they'd call me back that same day with a general time. Neither time did they call. I had to chase them up more than once during the month to see if I was still in the running. Eventually, they passed on me for the role, but mentioned they might call about another position in a month. They also said I'd get feedback within a week. Never heard back. It was a pretty disappointing experience. They said it was because I didn't have enough industry-specific experience, which is fair. But I wish it had been clearer and quicker.

I had a really bad experience with the recruitment at this company. I was supposed to have an initial call with the head of talent acquisition, but I had to email them several times just to set it up. The call never actually happened, so I went to the interview without any prior consultation. Before the interview, the recruiter sent me a 'good luck' email mentioning 'as discussed', but we'd never actually spoken to discuss anything. The interviewers themselves were great, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. After I turned down the job offer, I got an email from the same recruiter saying I was unsuccessful? It was very disorganized, and they never responded to my emails.

The company recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. Then, a Sr. recruiter gave me a phone screen. After that, I had an in-person chat with the HR manager, which was super chill and friendly. They asked about my past sales work, my soft skills, and what I'm planning for the future. No curveballs. I heard back about the offer pretty fast. The onboarding crew was quick with all the paperwork, getting my license transferred, and setting up banking. The training from the learning & development team on the product and sales was amazing. All in all, a really good time.
