First, I had a quick chat with a recruiter. After that, they set up a 30-minute video call with a manager to go over the job details. Then, a supervisor and a manager interviewed me via video.

I had a phone screen first and then an on-site interview. I never heard back after the in person interview. It would have been great to get some kind of update after I spent time going on-site and meeting with the panel.

Behavioral Other

It was a 5-person panel interview after an initial phone interview. The panel interview used a round-robin approach with leaders from different departments. The questions were tailored to departmental challenges that also impacted the whole organization. A major focus is hiring and keeping talent, especially since the split from Honor Health. It's good practice to follow up with candidates who visited.
