It was a pretty smooth process overall. The people I met were nice and seemed really into their work. They communicated things clearly and got back to me quickly. The first two interviews were done online. I wasn't sure if everyone works remotely or if it's a hybrid setup there.

Behavioral Case

I got a call to set up the first interview. The first interview was with the supervisor, an instructor, and an administrator. The second interview was with the supervisor and someone from the Education and Career Training Department. For both of these interviews, they gave me the questions beforehand so I could review them and take notes for a few minutes before going in. I ended up declining the offer because the commute was too long after I just moved to the area. The interviews themselves were really nice though and made me really want the job.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got an email for a phone interview, set up for the next week. It was 30 minutes, and right after, I got invited for an in-person interview. The in-person lasted about 45 minutes with 4 people. They said they'd call me back after deciding but never did. I feel it's unprofessional to not let a candidate know they weren't chosen.
