Customer Service Representative
The process was a normal 1:1 review. I spoke with the manager and answered typical interview questions like why I want to work here, how I heard about the company, and what skills I have.
- How much phone experience do you have?
- Why are you interested in this position?
- How did you learn about this opportunity?
Medical Case Manager
The interview was a comfortable experience, I didn't feel intimidated. I had 2 in-person interviews. They asked standard interview questions and explained that the department is undergoing a revamp and changes.
- What has been the most rewarding aspect of your nursing career?
- Would you be open to conducting patient home visits?
- Can you share an instance where you experienced conflict with a colleague?
Project Manager
So I applied and interviewed with the manager, which went well, so they wanted me to interview with a higher-up. The second interview also seemed good. But then, radio silence for weeks, nobody answering my calls or emails. Finally, the manager called to ask me to justify my qualifications, which they already had my resume and interviewed me for. It felt weird. Then I had to wait another week for a decision, and I had to chase that down too. HR, who recruited me, was super slow and mostly ignored my follow-ups. The interviewers didn't respond either. Total time was 2 months. My take is they're unprofessional and driving people away. I wouldn't go back unless they improve big time. Basically, a waste of my time.

Configuration Analyst
I applied online and Adecco, NHPRI's staffing firm, contacted me the next day. The interview process included an in-person interview with the department manager, followed by a second interview with a team member and another department manager. I received an offer two days after the second interview. Initially, HR wanted a decision within 24 hours, but I couldn't commit without benefits info. HR eventually granted me two and a half days to decide. I called HR to decline the offer but left a message when they didn't answer. I tried reaching them multiple times over the next few days to decline, but they were unresponsive. When they finally got back to me, they still expected me to accept, even though I was four days past the decision deadline. HR was very persistent, and I didn't appreciate how they handled it.
