I applied on Indeed and was emailed that they wanted me for an onsite interview. I emailed back the times and didn't hear back for four days. When I did finally hear back, she suggested a time the next day in the morning, but I had another interview going until her start time. I let her know I was available later in the day and all next week but got no response back. The next day about 20 minutes after my interview ended, I received a call from her to do a phone interview right then. So what happened to the onsite interview?? It was pretty apparent she was just trying to get rid of the applicants, likely because she already knew who she wanted. But the lack of clarity in communication, ignoring boundaries and my time, as well as the unprofessional experience were enough to tell me I wouldn't want to work here.

It started with a phone screening where benefits and salary were discussed. The person I spoke with was very nice. After that, the hiring manager contacted me to set up an in-person interview with two supervisors. The whole thing took about 3 weeks, mostly because I had to wait to do the in-person part. I got an offer right at the interview.

It felt like I was being dragged along for open roles. The HR team turned me down for a role, but then asked if I'd like to continue as the first candidate rejected an offer. During my phone screening, the interviewer asked me to come in for an interview with her and providers on a specific date and time. When I arrived, she said she never intended for me to come and that since she hadn't sent an outlook invite, I should have known they weren't interested. Communication was poor and untimely. Checking out the company, I learned from current and former employees that poor management is a common complaint. I overheard a front desk employee discussing staying extremely late waiting for a key holder to lock up.

The recruiter called for about 20 mins, asking basic screening questions. I didn't get a chance to ask them about the role, which I was expecting. About two weeks later, I got an unexpected call and picked up, thinking it was to set up a panel interview. To my surprise, they started asking me behavioral and technical questions right away, even though I wasn't ready. They also kept cutting me off during the conversation. I really wish they had a more structured hiring process so they could better assess candidates for the position.
