There are 3 rounds of interview in all the roles: Aptitude, HR, and Manager. For the Aptitude round, you must know about the basics of QA, logical thinking, and grammar. There are a total of 30 questions, and you must score above 15 to pass. If you pass, you will be selected for the HR one-on-one interview. The HR will ask you to 'tell me about yourself,' and you should include a paragraph about your education, strengths, weaknesses, hobbies, family members, and your goal. They want to see fluency and confidence in this round, so don't panic. The 3rd round is with the Manager, who will ask about the same things as the HR round and some other common interview questions.

So, I had this interview, right? And they were asking me about Great Expectations, you know, that data validation tool? It really makes dealing with messy data so much easier. Basically, data comes in all sorts of forms, sometimes it's fine, other times it's a complete disaster. Great Expectations comes in, sets up rules for the data, and tells you when things go wrong. No more unexpected problems in your data pipelines! It's like having a security guard for your data, only letting the good stuff through. Makes you feel better knowing your data is in check.

I had an interview on July 5, 2024. I completed the assessment and technical interview rounds but was rejected in the CEO/HR round. It seems they have a bias against applicants from the northern part of India; they will reject you after the entire process is completed. They don't hire people from the north and discriminate between the north and south.
