First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Ned's Home.
Inside Sales Representative
It was a brief interview. It was quite annoying because I basically had to go through two interviews back to back. Management made me interview with one hiring manager and then a second right after, so I got asked all the same questions twice. It would have looked more professional had they interviewed me cohesively. Also, I later found out their training class was completely full before my interview, so they essentially admitted to interviewing me for no reason. Overall, it was a waste of my time and the interview spoke volumes about the disorganization of this company.
- What makes you believe you would be a valuable addition to Ned Stevens
Sales Representative
It was easy and very professional. They really want to get to know you as an employee and also as a person. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. This company is growing and needs a lot of help.
- What drives you in life?
Applications Developer
It was a straightforward 2-step interview process. Both interviews were in-person and technical, but also interactive. They were very open about the job duties. They asked about everything on my resume, so definitely don't lie on your resume.

Inside Sales Representative
I applied on Indeed with resume and took relevant skill tests. Recruiter from Ned Stevens called to screen me, I then moved on to sales manger interview the following week.
