There was one phone call and then a second in-person interview that was about an hour long and included role-playing. It took 10 days to hear back about getting the job, so the speed of the whole process was the only downside.

They started with a casual chat to get a feel for my background and goals, and to get a quick look at my portfolio. Since my portfolio was a bit light, they gave me a design challenge to complete. We then met up again to go over that. Right after that call, they circled back and wanted to offer me the job! We did some back-and-forth via email to finalize things, which was pretty straightforward.
