Sales Associate
The hiring process took about two months from the initial interview to the final offer. Coordinating schedules to arrange the in-person interview was a key part of the process.

Marketing
The hiring process involves a few rounds of testing, including things like the Wonderlic and Myers-Briggs, followed by a phone interview and then two in-person interviews. They call it 'the gauntlet.' However, most of the time, it results in hiring really capable, driven, dependable, and good people.
- How do you define success for this role?
Sales
It was a pretty long interview and vetting process. Started with phone interviews, then moved to in person interviews, and the last one was a panel interview with all the execs. I also had to take some psychological and IQ tests. They asked standard interview questions focusing on the skills I bring to the table. They were really looking for people who are self-motivated and determined and could handle their 6-week training.

- Tell me about the skills you possess that would be valuable in this role.
- How do you demonstrate self-motivation and determination in your work?
Project Manager
It was a really long and specific interview process, but the staff was great and made me feel comfortable. I first spoke with someone at a job fair. Then I had a second interview at the main office, which was longer and tougher. I talked to different managers to see if I'd fit the company culture.
